About Us

JIMU was founded in 2009 by a group of professionals. In the early stage, JIMU engaged in mechanical production of steel grating, handrail and related products, under the name of Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Grating. Now, with the development of the company, extension of the market, and diversification of the product range, the company name has been changed to be Guangdong Nanhai Jimu Metal Structures.Today, as a company of 10,000 tons annual production capacity, JIMU has been expanded to the production of light steel structure and steel sections. We mainly engaged in export business."JIMU", means building blocks in Chinese. We start from customer's point of views to simplified the usage. We have tried to make it a little better than we found it, and make sure everything we do honors the connection- from our commitment to the high quality products, to the way we cooperate with our customers.

Jimu Steel Structure Platform, inclduing light steel structure platform support members, stair stringers and treads, handrails, and walkway gratings.

 

1) Stair Stringers, there are 1TS~17TS availale for from 1 step to 17 steps' treads, very easy installation only needs to be fixed by bolts, which is simple and convenient. Tread mounting brackets can be ordered separately, as well as the treads are also available upon request.

2) Stair Treads, can be different types, such as wood, anti-skid checkerplate, or anti-slip grating tread.

3) Walkway gratings, plain type, serrated type forgebar grating, or press lock type grating, or webplate (gratings with checkerplate welded on top) can be used.

4) Walkway handrails, can be ball joint type, or other hand made type, which to be pre-fabricated into panels first at factory and installed at site. The surface finish can be only hot dip galvanized, or can be painted, or powder coated.

For materials to be used, there are carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium for selection.

Our Facilities
We have the ability to produce light steel structures and do the product development. We have brought in laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC cutting machines, 6000mm CNC machining center, and several welding robots. We are seeking the opportunities to cooperate with domestic or oversea customers, especially the large chain groups of construction hardware products.

Center pitch of cross bar, there are 50mm Series and 100mm Series.3. Other series also can be done as per customer's request, based on a certain quantity.
